At Thong Yong Marine (TYM) Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental (QHSE) Policy are top priorities. TYM is committed to conduct its operations to ensure safety at sea, prevention of human injury or loss of life, and avoidance of damage to property and the environment, in particular the marine environment. The Company seeks to develop, implement, and maintain standards of safety and environmental protection in line with what is considered reasonable and practical. The Company are committed to the following:

• Zero harm to people, property and the environment in all undertakings.
• Compliance with all applicable legal, international, statutory, regulatory and consistent with customer requirements in respect of Quality, Health, Safety and Environment.
• Recruit well-qualified employees, both onshore and offshore.
• Train and develop all our employees to ensure all levels of management and staff understand their QHSE responsibilities and accountability for working safely and complying with TYM rules and regulations.
• Carry out regular safety and emergency exercises, both onshore and offshore.
• List safeguards against all identified risks.
• Ensure subcontractors are committed to quality, health, safety and protection of the environment to an equal standard of that implemented by TYM.
• Empower employees and subcontractor employees to start work only when conditions are safe and to stop working when it is unsafe.
• Minimize our impact on the environment through the prevention of pollution, emission, discharges and reduction of wastes.
• Deliver a high and continually improving level of quality standards of services by recognizing and meeting Client's needs, requirements and expectations.
• Promote a culture in which all employees share this commitment.
